Booking terms and conditions
Reservations must be made with a complete request from the contact form and booking on the web site; telephone booking requests will be entered by Villa Mannelli, subject to verification of the availability required for the dates indicated by the customer.
Booking online
The customer can check the availability of the structure online, indicating the check-in and check-out dates most suitable to him; during the online booking all the fields indicated (mandatory) must be filled in with the relative payment methods indicated in the booking form.
When booking, a fee of 25% of the total amount must be paid for the entire stay; will receive an email confirming receipt of the booking and a summary of the data entered during the booking. The booking confirmation will be communicated by e-mail, together with the credit verification of the indicated amount. The customer is obliged to send by email the copy of the payment made by bank transfer to the following email address: info@villamannelli.it
The balance of the total amount of the reservation must be paid within 3 weeks of the scheduled check-in date; if the balance is not paid within the set deadline, Villa Meléte avails itself of the right to cancel the booking, having available the penalties * provided for the cancellation.
Terms of payment
- Payment by bank transfer
Bank Transfer
Customers must make the payment by bank transfer and send a copy of the accounting of payment (both for the 25% deposit and for the total balance) to the following email : info@villamannelli.it
Upon receipt of the email confirming the payment, the customer will receive the booking confirmation.
Penalties applied in case of withdrawal and cancellation of the booking.
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation made, the penalties applied for cancellations are as follows:
- within 30 days from the beginning of the stay – 100% of the advance deposit will be retained (no refund)
- less than 20 days from the start of the stay – 100% of the deposit in advance and 60% of the balance already paid will be retained.
- for cancellations made on the day of check-in – 100% of the deposit in advance and 100% of the balance paid will be retained (no refund)
